Currently based in Doha, Qatar on hiatus from the demanding video production industry in Davao City Philippines. Writer/director/editor/PA/entrepreneur…and now /Secretary/security guard/receptionist/underpaid employee and soon to be workers’ Union leader/”computer technician” (wtf?!). I’ve heard someone say before that a man’s got to do what a man’s got to do. So here I am, stranded in sand paradiso.

Qatar Journal was formed as an independent news site for local businesses, organisations, citizens and residents to share and discuss the news that matters to them. Stories are submitted from individuals and organisations, with the opportunity for readers to comment and discuss the news as it emerges. The site has no editorial context and no agenda. As such it is the only truly independent news source in the State of Qatar.
